I have a dream....to have abs for more than a week! Lol!
I have been fueling my body for muscle gain so I am eating almost
double what I was eating before according to my fitness plan! Lucky for
me, I could eat all day!!!
I may have hereditary scrawny arms but
I am lifting (for the first time) and these guns are starting to grow!
My boyfriend has this weird idea that I'm going to look masculine soon
lol so time to prove him wrong! ;)
You SEE my progress just one week in, so what's
the difference between me and you? The bullshit story you tell yourself
as to why you can't have it!
I don't care what your weight or body type
is. YOU CAN HAVE IT! Have a medical condition that makes it hard? Use
that as FUEL and FIGHT against that disease! God knows how many people
(and challengers of mine!) in our accountability groups have diseases
they are fighting and are DOING THE DAMN THING! I draw my inspiration
and motivation from THEM <3
The MORE you've got to work with, the GREATER your potential! Invest in yourself and make yourself the best you can be!
